Covid-19 Multiplex RT-qPCR detection kit, developed at Inovia Technology laboratories, has specifically designed oligonucleotides that target gene regions that are not impacted by mutation, allowing it to detect SCoV-2 variants that have surfaced thus far, including the Omicron variant.
The kit is composed of reagents for nucleic acid extraction (magnetic beads method), suitable for extracting genomic nucleic acid DNA and RNA of bacteria, viruses and parasites from samples.
The kit uses a unique magnetic bead and buffer system. The surface of the magnetic bead is modified with special chemical groups.
